I've been overweight, taken birth control, taken accutane, taken antibiotics, had ibs, pcos, acne, drank alcohol and eaten poorly even though I thought it was healthy, I have stretch marks, cellulite and I spent years eating terrible foods... My point is to never give up. Never accept that there's not hope, never stop fighting for yourself. Food is not just calories or energy. It’s information.
